        Objetivos:

- Criar uma abordagem estruturada para avaliar sistematicamente os modos de falha e, assim, definir as políticas de manutenção mais apropriadas, tendo em conta as caraterísticas específicas do equipamento e os objetivos da empresa;

- Definir ações de manutenção condicionada aplicáveis e economicamente viáveis, recorrendo a dados monitorizados e informação relacionada com o histórico de falhas do equipamento;

- Recolher e partilhar informação entre máquinas, sistemas e pessoas (Industrie 4.0);

- Potenciar a aplicação das políticas de manutenção definidas, desenvolvendo políticas de gestão de stocks de peças sobresselentes ou spare parts consistentes com estas políticas de manutenção.

        Objetivos:

- Definir métodos de programação/escalonamento de ações preventivas tendo em conta a criticidade/importância da ação a efetuar e face aos períodos disponíveis para intervenções preventivas;
- Definir e determinar indicadores de desempenho e uma metodologia que recorre a indicadores de desempenho para definir a criticidade de um equipamento e atribuição de prioridades para a realização de ações de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
- Definir a metodologia de gestão de stocks de materiais/peças (spare parts) para ações de manutenção;
- Desenvolver uma nova arquitetura para o sistema, de forma a integrar as diversas funcionalidades e interoperar com outros sistemas;
- Desenvolver aplicações e serviços web para acesso através de dispositivos móveis a informações sobre spare parts, equipamentos, instalações e indicadores.

O projeto envolveu o CATIM, uma empresa de desenvolvimento de soluções informáticas (PRAGMASOFT) e duas empresas industriais (ETMA e GONAFE) e visa responder à necessidade identificada como fundamental nas empresas produtoras de peças técnicas no que concerne a Gestão da Manutenção das ferramentas de desgaste rápido. O projeto de I&D vai ao encontro do preconizado pela “Indústria 4.0”, cuja aposta centra-se em soluções de monitorização dos processos e descentralização das decisões.
